We don't have an admin for greylisting, so you must edit the database directly.
Log in to the Server Mangager at https://nh3.jcihosting.net:8443/ Log in to the MySQL.LH admin Select the virtualhosts database Select the exim_greylist database Enter email addresses in to the 'sender' & 'recipient' fields. Wildcards are allowed. For example, to Whitelist all emails from any kuehne-nagel.com address to any crownxt.com address put:
sender: *@kuehne-nagel.com recipient: *@crownxt.com
Leave all the other fields as their default values.
