===== Unix Server =====
To change an FTP password:

On the customers server as root do

 passwd <username>

(The password prompt will not echo entry)

===== Windows Server =====

To change an FTP password:

Find the users login (ie aa5014) in the provisioning tool.
Use Remote Desktop to get into the server.
On Desktop find FTP application Icon.
Use that tool to update the user's password.
